Ms GAO Longfeng is a qualified lawyer in P.R.China and also a senior partner of Zhejiang Tytop Law Firm. She graduated from the Law School of Inner Mongolia University in 1988 and then completed a one year course of International Economics and Finance at China University of Political Science and Law in 1989. Since 1989 she has been working as a full-time lawyer in Beijing. She has ever worked as deputy director of Zhejiang Shiguang Law Firm and deputy director of Zhejiang Yishang Law Firm. Ms Gao has worked as legal adviser to governments for long time until now. She is particularly good at providing professional legal advice in fields of corporate listing, bank financing, corporate merger and asset restructuring, corporate investment and trade. She had worked as legal adviser for many departments of government such as People's Daily, Trade Development Bureau of Beijing Dongcheng District, Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Assets Review Office in Beijing, as well as Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Beilun District and other more than ten government departments including the Regional Trade Development Council, Ningbo Free Trade Zone, Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau, Ningbo Productivity Promotion Center and so on in Ningbo. Now she is a legal adviser and deputy secretary general of Ningbo Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce, a deputy secretary general of Ningbo Entrepreneur Association and legal adviser of European Industrial Park, legal of Yunshang Valley Fashion (Technology) Industrial Park and etc.
