Li Huibin

Mr. LI Huibin is a qualified lawyer in P. R. China and also a founding senior partner of Zhejiang Tytop Law Firm. He graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 1994 with a major in international economic law. In 1999 he obtained a master degree in international law from Shanghai Maritime University. He has been working as a full-time lawyer since 1997 and has worked as a partner and chief lawyer of Zhejiang High-Sun Law Firm since 2011. He has wide experience and mainly provides legal service of litigation and non-litigation in fields of marine insurance, carriage of goods by sea, ship collision, shipbuilding and repair, international logistics as well as trade, letters of credit and etc. to clients including insurance companies, shipping companies, international freight forwarding companies, shipyards, foreign trade companies and so on. He acts as one of the visiting professors in Zhejiang Wanli College and also is a member of Zhejiang Navigation Institution, a legal advisor to Ningbo Small and Medium Shipping Enterprise Association, an executive director of Zhoushan Shipping and Shipowners Association, and a council member of China Maritime Law Association as well as Maritime Law Association of Zhejiang Province.
