Mr. WEI Wei is qualified lawyer in P.R.China and jointed Tytop Law Firm in 2013. He graduated from Law School, Dalian Maritime University (“DMU”) in 2007, post-graduated from the same and obtained the Master degree of International Law in 2012. From 2007 to 2009, he worked as a supervisor of shipping department in China Shipping Agency Jiangsu Branch. In 2011, he joined Sinochart as a trainee and accepted comprehensive training on chartering. He also worked in legal department of a domestic company at Dalian from 2012 to 2013. He has rich experience in practicing law.

Specialized in chartering, cargo claims, insurance.
