Ms. LIN Niying graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2013, majoring in Law, and obtained the legal professional qualification certificate in 2012. She graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2016, majoring in International Law (direction of International Economic Law), and obtained the professional qualification of lawyer in Mainland China in 2017. She has been a full-time lawyer since 2017 and She joined Zhejiang Tytop Law Firm as a partner in June 2023. Ms. LIN mainly handles civil and commercial disputes, specializing in legal issues on maritime freight forwarding contract dispute, cargo delivery dispute, cargo insurance dispute, multimodal transport contract dispute and other maritime disputes. She is good at handling of all kinds of civil and commercial disputes. She has represented for clients in many maritime cases and handled litigation and non-litigation legal affairs independently with experience.
