Mr. WANG Wei is a qualified lawyer in P.R.China and senior partner of Tytop Law Firm. He graduated from International Maritime Law Department of Dalian Maritime University (“DMU”) in 1998, post-graduated from Law School of DMU and was awarded the LL.M degree of International Law in 2001. He worked as a qualified lawyer in Heng Xin Law Office between August 2001 and July 2018. He acts for a number of companies, P&I Clubs and insurance companies to handle various kinds of cases. He has accumulated rich experience based on his solid legal knowledge and hence can make flexible use of legal knowledge to deal with cases. He is invited to make presentations in various international and domestic meetings, seminars and lectures regarding civil and commercial legal issues, vessel induced oil pollution, collision, insurance, charter party, crew interest, terminal operation, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration, etc. Mr. Wang is rated by judicial authorities as “Excellent Lawyer in Liaoning Province” for years 2014-2015 and 2016-2017.
